Children’s Paradise COO Lona Seitz Named Finalist for San Diego Business Journal’s 2026 Indispensables Award
Children’s Paradise Preschool & Infant Centers is proud to announce that Chief Operating Officer Lona Seitz has been named a finalist for the San Diego Business Journal’s 2026 Indispensables Award, which recognizes exceptional professionals whose leadership, expertise, and dedication make them essential to the success of their organizations and the communities they serve.
As COO, Seitz has helped guide the organization’s continued growth while strengthening operational excellence and expanding access to high-quality early education for families throughout San Diego County. Her leadership has contributed to the organization’s expansion, the securing of more than $50 million in state funding for early education, and the development of innovative systems that support Children’s Paradise’s long-term mission.
