Children’s Paradise COO Lona Seitz Named Finalist for San Diego Business Journal’s 2026 Indispensables Award

As COO, Seitz has helped guide the organization’s continued growth while strengthening operational excellence and expanding access to high-quality early education for families throughout San Diego County. Her leadership has contributed to the organization’s expansion, the securing of more than $50 million in state funding for early education, and the development of innovative systems that support Children’s Paradise’s long-term mission.
