Lisa Hicks is an experienced executive who has brought her passion for people to Children’s Paradise for the past six years. With a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Society for Human Resources Management Certified Professional certification, Lisa is a strong strategic and analytical thinker with exceptional communication skills. During Lisa’s initial three years with Children’s Paradise as the Director of Human Resources, she focused on improving the employee experience by implementing new benefits and a human resources information system to support the company’s growth.
In her current role, Lisa has moved to the sales side of the company to facilitate the customer experience. Lisa’s goal is to continue transforming the education industry by bringing the best strategies, processes and methodologies into the company.
Lisa is married to a United States Air Force veteran and has two adult daughters.
