Elizabeth Arroyo brings nearly 15 years of experience working with young children to her role as Site Director at Children’s Paradise Vale Terrace. With a background as a Pre-K and Kindergarten teacher, as well as Assistant Director and Director, she is passionate about creating a nurturing and enriching environment where children can thrive.
As a mother to a wonderful 6-year-old daughter, Elizabeth understands firsthand the incredible growth and learning that happens during early childhood. She believes that these formative years are the foundation for a lifetime of curiosity, confidence, and resilience. Excited to collaborate with teachers and families, she is dedicated to helping each child blossom into a competent, courageous, and hardworking individual while fostering a warm, supportive community where everyone feels valued.
